ADVENT 2025 "FLOW" - YARN ONLY

As most of you know, I usually use pictures around a theme as my inspiration for the colourways - well, not this time! I have created a 'mock up' colour scheme (the listing picture) as my inspiration for my day one colourway. And the remaining 23 days are going to 'flow' from there. My intention is to create a gradient through the remaining colourways, trying to incorporate every colour in the rainbow somehow. I'm limiting myself to using only three dyes per colourway, swapping out one dye each new colourway. Does that even make sense? Does it matter so long as I know what I'm doing? 😅

The YARN ONLY advent kit will include:

• 24 individually bagged mini skeins (20g each) + 1 full coordinating skein (100g)

As stated above, every advent will include 1 coordinating skein but additional full size coordinating skeins can be added, simply select the number of extra skeins you'd like, i.e. if you choose 'None' you'll receive 1, choose '2' you'll receive 3 etc.

YARN BASE: 80% merino, 20% nylon blend, 399 yards / 365 metres per 100g.

COLOURWAYS:  As I'm not 100% sure what the outcome of the colourways will be, I can't say entirely! But they will be variegated in my usual shaded and layered way, but this year I'm eschewing speckles. And they will likely be in the medium intensity range, not too bright, not too moody - somewhere in between.

SHIPPING: Price includes shipping within Australia. Advents will be shipped in the last week of October through to the first week of November 2026 to ensure they arrive in time for December 1st. As such if you wish to purchase other in-stock items please create separate order.
