Handwoven scarf by Julieanne Cole of Lovebird Lane. This scarf is snuggly but a little on the rustic side to the touch; still soft though! I (Julieanne!) have no issues with it up against my neck and would happily wear it. It is beautifully textured and features yarn dyed by me as below. A gorgeous gift for a loved one, or treat yourself!
Materials used:
- Hanspun yarn for the weft: Various hand dyed Bendigo Woollen Mills Ready Spin wool fibre, mixed on a blending board, spun in a spiral ply for added texture - all by Julieanne.
- Hand dyed yarn: Merino Sock in the colourway Rhiannon.
Size: Woven portion approx. 145cm x 21cm, fringe is approx. 9cm each end (total length approx. 163cm)
Wrapping: Will come tissue wrapped with a logo stitcker.
